  We were very lucky that Justin was our immigration lawyer. Not only is he a great human being - kind, compassionate, ready to answer our most obvious questions and soothe our anxieties about the immigration process - he is also a terrific lawyer. He thought of absolutely every little detail, prepared a solid dossier, and the immigration application process went as smoothly as could be.   I was referred to Attorney Justin Fappiano by a local attorney, who does not practice immigration law.   I first consulted with Justin Fappiano while working with on my wife's application for permanent residency before we had gotten married, so that we could make arrangements with the date of the wedding and when to file for the permanent residency. I've had some experience in working with USCIS and felt confident we could do this process ourselves, but I can't describe the peace of mind that Justin afforded us when we ultimately decided to hire him.
