  My case was with disorderly neighbors who were trying to smear my name because of my upholding good standards from a legal standpoint in our sub-division. These ruthless neighbors concocted false police reports, they also retained a Lawyer who joined in with them and sent me a letter threatning me with jail time along with personally slandering me. I immediately started looking for legal counsel to represent me, I happened to get in touch with Kakassy law firm. I explained my case to Thomas Kakassy the Attorney, he seemed very cognative and understood my position. Thomas's sentiments where comforting to me as he took the stance as an objector to these nefarious actions of my neighbors. Mr Kakassy at once sent a response letter to this unscrupulous opponent Attorney. Mr Kakassy's letter vehemently and adamently reproved the false assertion's propagated by the neighbors Attorney. I was very impressed and felt very relieved with Mr Kakassy and his pursuing justice in this matter. As things began to unfold, it took a turn for the worse, one of my neighbors began stalking me when I was doing yard work in my back yard. This neighbor was blasting their very loud security alarm at me as I was going about in my back yard. I then tried to get in touch with Mr Kakassy to let him know about this incident. To my suprise after numerous attempts to contact Mr Kakassy during this vital time of need, I recieved not one word from this Attorney or his assistant. I was very disappointed and felt rather helpless without legal counsel in the middle of a crucial moment. I later contacted assistant Amy, she spoke with Mr Kakassy and said, he decided to go into a different direction with his law firm?? In light of the incomplete and droping the ball right in the middle of the game, I would be hesitant to use this law firm again or recommend them!! May God bless!

  Such a pleasure to find a professional attorney that isn't completely consumed by billable hours. Thomas was able to respond immediately and in person to an unexpected life event and immediately provided the family with piece of mind. He was very professional and reasonably priced. You can immediately tell the difference when dealing with an attorney that's doing what they love and what's fair and reasonable. Thomas and Amy aren't the big law firm practice, they represent the everyday consumer without bankrupting their clients. Can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and courtesy.
