  I hired Mr. Keith Hoffman for my closing attorney. After asking his office to correct over $20,000 (!) in errors from his documents, I noted my disappointment in the number & severity of these errors. Hoffman immediately assigned all blame to the lender. When I itemized several of the errors, assuring Mr. Keith Hoffman that the errors where his, he flatly stated: "Well, I guess you just found out that human beings sometimes make mistakes. Good for you." Mr. Hoffman's cavalier, unprofessional and disrespectful attitude was simply unacceptable.
