  He is an awful attorney. He charged me $45 for a consultation fee and basically told me to break the law and then he'd be able to represent me. He also told me I would lose my case but just a week later, the DMV Compliance Enforcement Division assigned me an investigator for fraud committed by the dealership he told me I didn't have a chance against. The CED gets thousands of complaints against dealerships and very few get assigned an investigator. I told him I had enough documented evidence against the dealership but he's the attorney and smarter than I am I guess. Thanks for taking my money and giving me shady advice. Oh and if I wanted him to look at any of my documents, it was going to be an additional $45. Thanks but I've already had the dealership take enough of my money.

  I would not recommend this attorney. First, he charges for consultations, which most other attorneys do for free. This is the first red flag. Second, he did a consultation on my case, and admitted that he did not know that area of law at all and did not have any experience in it. Yet, despite this, he still gave me advice during the consultation that I had an uphill battle in my case, and that he did not want to take the case because he did not see it being successful. However, other attorneys, who actually knew that area of the law who did not charge for the consultation, were able to review the case and determined that my position was indeed legally correct. This attorney seems to make money on the consultations instead of actually winning cases.
