  I have called this office numerous times to obtain counsel pertaining to liquor licensing. I have scheduled a few appointments and the attorneys have failed to be present. I feel this firm's operations are not aligned with companies looking for professionalism from their legal team. The attorney we were to be working with was Robert K. Ichikawa. I do not believe in this firms ability. One should take a lack of professionalism as an indication of the lawyer and services you will receive. When discussing this problem with the receptionist so the firm can address the lack of professionalism she was dismissive of the issue showing to us a systemic problem at KSGLaw.
