  I would give this place zero Stars but it won't let me...oh my, where to begin. First off the price went from just over 1000 to 3000.pretty big deal for someone filling for bankruptcy..on top of it we went an got ink and printed 6 months of pay stub and taxes and all this information for them and yet they send use emails [that they charge for] asking us the same information multiple time on top of that it's been multiple people asking. Not to mention it was told to us that our garnishment would be stopped right away we'll its been 4 months and its still coming out of our check....this place was supposed to help us and set our minds at ease but its been anything but that. So I would really highly recommend going somewhere else. Also I believe all the reviews on here are fake or his friends. The guy is a joke

  I attended a presentation by David Krekeler on fraudulent transfers and piercing the corporate veil. He did an excellent job making the content engaging to a general audience while still providing relevant information to someone versed in the topic. He explained a complicated rule in a new way that was extremely helpful. It was apparent from David's expertise and enthusiasm that Krekeler Law, S.C. is a firm I would trust to advise and represent me on these issues.

  How do I sum up spending over two thousand dollars for nothing? I hired Krekeler from a recommendation of another lawyer, who I am guessing just didn't want to touch my case. I had what I had been told several times by different lawyers an "insider preference payment." AKA a family member had co-signed on a loan for me which I had been paying on, but had to default on credit card payments. I was about to be sued and was told I needed to wait a year before I could file after the p.l had been paid off. None of that bothered me. What bothered me was the way I was communicated with by James E. Soo. I felt like my wishes weren't being heard, and every email I was almost out of money and I needed to send more money. After firing them as my lawyers, I had to contact billing twice, as I had received bills for work that should not of been done. Bankruptcy is stressful. It is demeaning and it carries an emotional weight. I feel like James carries no emotional empathy, and clearly didn't listen to me telling him several times I wanted to leave My brother out of this. 2 thousand dollars in their pockets.

  The team at Krekeler did a great job! They helped us navigate through what was a very hard a difficult season. After our first meeting we knew we had chosen the right attorney. He was confident in what he could do, was knowledgeable, and had so many ideas of what we could do if needed. He really helped ease our minds and the team handled everything for us.
