  Dave is a great attorney, he takes the time to learn his case and is extremely prepared and professional. Dave assisted me in a child custody case regarding my granddaughters.   I would strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to look elsewhere. Throughout my case, my financial interests were not properly protected. When questions came up about my income, he failed to explain or defend the legitimate expenses that were part of it. I raised my concerns multiple times because the work simply wasn't getting done. Instead of addressing the problems, he chose to quit after I called him out — and still collected full payment for everything after walking away. A professional attorney should advocate for their client and take responsibility, not abandon the case when questioned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking dependable and ethical representation.
