  Gary is a Godsend! We were so lucky to have Gary help us purchase our home. The buying process was an emotional roller coaster ride and Gary saw the writing on the wall! He warned us of all the red flags, but despite our efforts to heed his warning, he fully supported our decision throughout the process. Gary talked to my husband and I on many long phone calls, he dealt with multiple attorneys on the seller side who were unresponsive and poor communicators, and he made sure we were legally protected. He put up with multiple deadline extensions and at the last hour he made sure we had a roof over our heads. Gary is the A-team and a guy you want on your side! We can't thank him enough!

  My mother passed away leaving property trusts, a will, and probate for my siblings and I to deal with. I spoke with a friend, who last year went thru similar circumstances. She referred me to Gary Marchese. We met with Gary and he explained what had to happen in accordance with the law. Gary would be keeping us informed as we went thru the progress. If any questions arose, Gary would immediately get back with a response. He has the knowledge and the caring personality to make things go so very smooth. He passed on two properties which went flawless. I have already given out his business cards because I Highly Recommend him. Thank you so much for all your time, effort, and caring for us throughout this difficult time.

  Gary Marchese guided me through a very messy divorce. He was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and very down to earth - I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was able to calm my nerves by informing me of the process, what we needed to do, what to expect, etc. With his help, we were able to come to an agreement in our divorce without having to go to trial, and I was able to move out of state with my son, which was a very difficult task that Gary helped me accomplish.   Gary was an absolute lifesaver for my brother and I as we had to deal with probate and many other legal situations after my mom's passing. Everything that seemed overwhelming to us was made easy with Gary's help. Between him and his wonderful assistant Nicole someone was always available, even for a quick question via email or over the phone. I am happy to know he will always be there for future needs as well. My brother and I can not recommend Gary enough!
