  These guys represented a dirt bag insurance company that I used to work for despite me having a potential big employment claim against the insurance company. This firm tried to come after me, which was a big mistake. I represented myself and the judge agreed with me, which is why he ruled in my favor for $10,000 despite the fact that I had no legal background. But not before embarrassing me in front of my new employer. I tried to explain the situation to this firm about who they were representing. Their client must've spent $20,000 in legal fees before losing. And it is with great satisfaction knowing that I used the verdict to put a down payment on my house. I can't believe these sleazeballs took this case in the first place. And I have an even greater satisfaction knowing that these guys lost to a rank amateur. So why would anybody hire an attorney that loses to a non-attorney? Who is the real rank amateur?

  John has been my lawyer several times and he's kind, great wonderful personality and will fight and help you when you don't have a lot of money. He won all my cases. Good luck my dear friend, bed the best.

  I've worked with numerous attorneys for different situations over the years and I've never had an attorney that genuinely cares about his clients as much as John does. Hands down the best law office not only in Charleston but in West Virginia.

  The best lawyer in town. We had some negative experiences with lawyers including 1 that yelled at us - the paying customer! We fired everyone, hired Mr. Mitchell, everything was immediately resolved with 1 court appearance not the 3, 4, 5 of the previous lawyer. Less money, effective results, straight forward documents, and no lies. We felt ripped off by the previous lawyers, while Mr. Mitchell made us feel like we got our money's worth and then some. The previous lawyer hired PIs and charged us without asking permission - Mr. Mitchell asked us what we wanted and followed our requests. We spent thousands on a nasty behaved, ill tempered attorney with little results and much frustration! Always get a referral and check their reviews carefully. Not all attorneys are created equal!
