  I regret to share my experience with Lisa Webb, as it was far from satisfactory. During my time working with her, I felt that her approach was unprofessional and manipulative. I was led to believe I was receiving valuable legal services, but many of the promised actions were not fulfilled. When i decided to discontinue our working relationship, I was left without clear communication or explanation. Her choice to send a brief email without addressing my concerns directly was frustrating, and I struggled to get any answers to my questions thereafter. I repeatedly attempted to reach the actual lawyer, only to be hung up on and ignored. It seemed no one in the office wanted to talk to me or explain what was happening. When I voiced my concerns, the staff merely defended one another rather than acknowledging my experience. Not one person said, "I'm sorry that happened to you. Let's get to the bottom of this." It was a horrible Her practice operates one step up as a mall operating business than one dedicated to client welfare. She took my 10000 deposit and charged me for phone calls that were not answered. And obscure things that I hadn't asked for or had nothing to do with my case. I didn't even get an Itemize list. She just would not answer my phone call, and that was it. Overall, my experience with Lisa Webb was disheartening. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and values communication, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. It's clear that their priority lies in collecting fees rather than providing ethical legal representation.

  I worked with Lisa Webb and Lean Jones for my recent custody case. They were wonderful to work with, explaining the process and what to expect along the way. It is evident that both Lisa and Leah are highly regarded among their peers within the legal community. I worked more closely with Leah as my case progressed.   Going through a divorce is never easy, but having Leah Jones in my corner made the whole process a lot less overwhelming. She was professional, organized, and always kept me in the loop. Anytime I had questions or felt stressed about something, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. You can tell she really knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about her clients. I also want to give credit to Lisa Web, the owner of the firm, for running such a well-put-together practice.   Lisa and her team were extremely professional and detail-oriented throughout my divorce proceedings, despite being given a very short time meet some urgent deadlines. I was extremely happy with the results we achieved in court. They know know best how to achieve the best possible outcome, and it was clear they put a lot of work into preparing for trial.
