  It took awhile for me to finally realize I didn't have any other options then to declare bankruptcy. With that came the feelings of failure and projecting what others would think of me. When I finally came time to pull the trigger, I found Mark J. Markus in my internet search. He made the procedure simple, and put me at ease. I had built up the entire process in my head into a massive event where I'd be paraded around a court room and yelled at. I never had to leave home. There was no yelling or accusations. You fill out the paperwork Mark sends you, as truthfully as you can recollect (it's similar to filling out your taxes). If you have questions, you ask Mark. If he has questions, he asks you.
