  Rachel was referred to us by a colleague who touted her expertise with tough immigration cases. The Baltimore USCIS Office could not make a decision on our case even after 2 interviews and a home visit. We wrote a Senator, went to Infopass, called the service number, and submitted numerous inquiries online to no avail. We moved to DC in 2019 for my job, and our case was transferred to the Fairfax office in 2020. We were called in for a 3rd interview, and we hired Rachel and her team with less than a week to prep.
