  Seth Hanson's office handled our recent Chapter 7 filing. I worked with Chris on most of the paperwork and I have to say they made a very stressful event go very smoothly. They explained everything in a way that we understood what was going on and answered all questions, no matter how trivial. It just went so well and I'm very happy with them. If we ever need these services in the future, (hopefully not!) we will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Seth's office and his staff. They were quick and efficient in getting the information they needed to file my case, they filed it seamlessly, and were always quick to answer my questions and needs. They adapted to various situations and were quick to offer to jump on calls with other organizations that had questions. Amy was especially fantastic to work with. The whole office and experience was great. Highly recommend!

  Seth is such a great and knowledge person. His team is awesome and very knowledgeable of the work they do, all my questions and concerns were address, whether is its Chris or Amy, they have never made me hang up the phone feeling unsure. They go out of their ways to help me, even calling my debt collectors to stop calling me. I am glad I chose Seth L. Hanson and his team! Thank you for lifting the weight off my shoulders!   The Law Office of Seth Hanson is the only place you should consider if you have to go through one of the hardest times in your life. They prioritize their clients and you will be so impressed *from the start of your first interaction* to the last! I want to first highlight how caring, responsive, and knowledgable they are - both individually and as a team. Next, their efficiency is so impressive. I felt so supported & prioritized - response time was so fast. Seth met with me first and he was so personable and knew exactly what was needed. I then worked with Amy, and she also was so personable and knowledgeable. Also, she ALWAYS responded quickly, reassured me, scheduled calls with me for questions, as well as answered my many texts. Something happened to me that was still unresolved after the meeting, but Amy continued to assist me and impress me with efficiency and ability to both calm me and handle the issue.   When I was searching for help with my financial situation, I came across Seth's Office. I read the reviews and they were really good so I contacted his office. Because this is such a nerve-wracking decision and overwhelming process, I called and spoke several times to Amy and then Chris with many questions. They answered all my questions with so much knowledge and kindness, reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. As my case got pulled together and near filing, Andria was assigned to my case. I spoke to Andria many times by email and on the phone. She was also very knowledgeable, kind and reassuring, putting mind at ease. I did have my initial appointment with Seth to go over debts and assets to proceed with filing. I thought I needed to travel a couple of hours to meet with him. Instead he came down to a satellite office in my area to meet me. Now is that great service! I can only say how thankful I am that I came across Seth Hanson's office and trusted that the reviews I read were true. Needless to say I had my 341 meeting today and I am coming out on the other side. So grateful for Seth, Amy, Chris, Andria and Marlon, another attorney with Seth's Office.   I had a great experience with this attorney's office. Andria, the case manager, was truly wonderful to work with. She met with me locally, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made the entire process simple by clearly explaining what documents I needed. After I submitted anything, she followed up with an updated list so I always knew where we were in the process. She was always available whenever I had questions. The office uses both email and text, which made communication incredibly easy. They also made themselves available via phone as well when we needed to chat. Given how overwhelming this process can feel, it was such a relief to have their team in my corner. All I really had to do was provide what they asked for and answer a few questions—they handled the rest. It was absolutely worth the cost to have an expert team who knows the system instead of trying to navigate everything on my own. They also gave me a clear rundown of what to expect in court, so there were no surprises. Clark, my attorney, was there with me the entire time, which made the experience much less intimidating. I went into every interaction knowing what to expect and feeling confident that I could ask the team anything—and I always received a response within a reasonable timeframe. I also appreciate that they told me they would not file unless they are certain everything is complete.
