  This is the bad lowyer for ever. He's taking peoples money with no result. They put in bad situation with uscis. I went there to fille my paper work for green ..he wasted my time and he took my money and when i went to talk with him about my case been 4 years with nothing so he told got out or i call police and i was with my wife. Then i went out and he was following to the dor and he said "if u dont leave im gonna send you back home (my country) in 4 days. This is rechard trais I will never recommend someone to go there. If u wanna fix problem with uscis dont ever think to go to this office. Hopefully everybody gonna read it and let other people know.

  You do not get this kind of service at such affordable prices. And you also have to remember that Mr Travis brings decades of experience which other attorneys can't provide!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  This is the worst law firm I knw.. 1, they hardly pick up their calls. 2, if they pick up and request to talk to someone they will either tell you to leave a message but guess what you are wasting your time and you will never receive a call back. 3, they are only after your money; once you pay them their expensive law office fee, forget it if you don't following up with them more than 1 million times in a week your document will never be sent to the immigration, it will be thrown aside... Please if you knw what is good for you do not go to this law office, rather go to another.. I regretted using them because I had to wait for more than 6months becos of Their stupid delay and excuses.. trust me they are very good with excuses.. so be warned I am a victim.. thanks

  I recently hired Richard to handle my divorce and he was very professional, friendly and diligent with the process. The paralegal at the firm was very helpful, knowledgeable and communicative through out the proceeding. I would definitely recommend Richard to friends and family.

  This lawyer does NOT know what he's doing?! Every time I have to go to his office as per the "appointment" he doesn't know my case and I have to tell him the "story/my case" every sing time and take note I was a client for more than 5-6 years!!! And Nope he didn't help me at all. So I just call the USCIS to help me with my case! And it's free! I've waster 10k for his services and very rude employees especially this attorney! BEWARE!!!!!

  This is the worse law firm in Chicago. I will never recommend it to anyone. The lawyer is Richard trais.very disrespectful arrogant including some of his workers. He took my money for green card renewals and I never heard anything from the immigration for 4 years when I came to him to ask questions he verbally abused me and ask me to go out of his office or he will call the police on me very terrible experience ever.he think he is taking advantage of immigrants but I swear to the God I serve that he will reap what he sows

  I've gotten a very good experience with Richard and the staffs, they're amazing and they make you feel confident, from beginning to the end i have a smooth journey and encouragement. I will recommend him many times again and again. Just go to him with the correct and genuine papers. Be truthful.
