  We had a very disappointing experience with Leda Fan. As we share the same background and language, I initially felt a level of trust in her. Initially, she was attentive and helpful, which led us to sign a contract for her services. However, after we paid a deposit of $4,000, communication dwindled significantly. She did very little work on our case, refused to review our second version self-statement, and spent minimal time on our account. When I reached out, she did not even recognize me as her client. When we requested a partial refund, we were told to read the contract, as she would not return our deposit. We feel that our expectations were not met and caution others considering her services.
