  I worked with Seema Mehta and her team for my EB-5 immigration process and successfully completed the route through to my green card and overall my experience was more than positive and reassuring. EB-5 is a bit of a cumbersome process, but she made it simpler and easier for me to navigate. I had many questions at different stages and, to be honest, I sometimes asked questions beyond just EB-5 as well. Despite that, I was always supported and guided patiently. Whenever I reached out, I received guidance that was honest and realistic, not over-promising. Seema Mehta explained the process step by step and helped me understand how to approach each phase, especially during times when things felt unclear or slow during Covid. Communication was consistent, and occasionally , even if there was a short lag , I always and always received a response, usually by the next day, and it was always thoughtful and honest. I never felt ignored, and my questions were taken seriously. That made a big difference in a process that requires patience. Overall, I felt I was very well taken care of throughout the process. Having a lawyer who is communicative, transparent, and willing to explain things calmly makes a BIG difference in a process that requires patience.
