0 Rating really for calling, JUST for trying to call them. I have tried more times than I can count to call in during the hours on website, Google, and the prerecorded message on several different numbers given by them over the past 2 weeks and EVERY single time I've reached the same "we're closed" recording. It's beyond frustrating, I understand I'm sure they're very busy, but don't give calling in as an option. Online application though I had great turn around response.

Yes they never answer the phone. You leave a voicemail and someone calls you weeks later. Ironically it's during the times where they say they are closed so you don't answer some random call. Then they leave a voicemail like... hey! We're calling you. You call back and realize, they're closed. So worthless and totally less than the one star I was obligated to post.

Nothing gets better with these people! The ONLINE INTAKE JUSTICE SITE REFUSES TO SEND EMAILS. PLEASE MAKE THIS EASY THIS SPECIFIC PART CAN JUST WORK!!!!!!!! I have a disability and Breanna Vanhook refused to represent me. I was evicted. Because of my disability its VERY difficult to trust them to do A job, let alone a GOOD job. After missing their calls ONCE, they drop you! The rule is TWO missed calls! They are not helpful utilizing the Americans With Disabilities Act.

I went in on A Friday at 4:18 pm and the office closed @4:30. The young lady at the front answered all my questions did not try and rush me because it was time to close. she helped me so so much. I was not expecting a call back that day but 5 minutes of leaving their office an Attorney did call me and explained everything I needed to do for court and how to proceed with it all. This was well after 4:30pm! I can not thank them enough especially the young lady @ the receptionist desk. She was my Angel on Earth that Friday afternoon!! They all are great. answered all my questions and did not rush me at all! I thank them for everything!! They are hands down the BEST!!!

Worthless scam. I called because my father in law is being taken advantage of and his disability is being stolen. He has a attorney who manages his "estate" home. However that attorney advised me to seek a attorney and I am now the reppayee of his social security and have been told by the attorney of the estate to contact attorneys that can help in this since he does not legally deal with social security as that is federal funding. I am the reppayee. The woman on the phone had no clue what she was saying and did not relay information correctly. She said the estate attorney would need to deal with it and this is untrue per the judge and the attorney of the estate because social sevurity has 0 to do with his estate. Frustrating and I hope no one is giving finds to this place. Seems like a sham to me and a waste of time.

If you are seeking assistance for a domestic violence situation, be aware that support may be far more limited than the website suggests. In my experience, unless your circumstances involve ongoing immediate threats, active harassment, recent physical harm, or an already-approved ex parte order, you may receive little to no meaningful legal assistance. I was directly informed that if you do not already have an ex parte order, your case is unlikely to qualify for representation or significant help. This is important information that is not clearly explained on the website and would have saved a great deal of time, stress, and false hope. Despite being unable to afford private representation, I was not connected with actual legal assistance. Instead, I was referred to a paid referral service that charges simply to speak with someone briefly, only to direct you toward private attorneys that still require payment. For individuals already dealing with crisis and financial hardship, this process is extremely discouraging and frustrating. I understand organizations may have limited resources, but clearer transparency about eligibility requirements and realistic expectations for services would help vulnerable people avoid additional stress during already difficult situations.

I highly recommend Hazheen Selevany for anyone seeking strong legal representation. She did an outstanding job handling my case and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I know many people worry about finding a lawyer who truly fights for their clients, but she exceeded my expectations in every way. We were victorious and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Her professionalism, dedication, and hard work made all the difference. I would confidently recommend her to anyone in need of an excellent attorney.
