Hard to get ahold of anyone

When I and many others are told we must go out of state for help in ensuring us our civil and other rights in North Dakota. HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

I would love to speak to the top guy who is in charge of this. They quite literally help with nothing and their intake receptionist is straight up abusive and unprofessional. The list of things they dont help with is longer than the list of things they do help with. This whole office is a waste of space and gives poor people no chance at getting legal help.

They still have refused to delete phone information and are not complying with peoples civil rights. I'm not native American and there are many great native Americans in nd, however they are using judgmenal bias and this is wrong. They are the problem and it needs to change immediately and I signed no paper to allow it. Years ago when I worked in business, and did paperwork, if they did not sign a paper and even if they did with finances, it did not put it into my system out of respect. They also say it is protected, word of mouth by them, and I signed no paper. They need to stop this and know this hurts familys and young children new to the world as their negativity and control problems are not good for society

They put me on hold for over an hr. Then the girl said sorry nothing we can do. NO JOKE. IT FELT HUMILIATING BECAUSE OF HER REACTION TO THE WAY SHE SAID "WE CANT HELP" horrible feeling. IM Giving this to God! Hopefully someone can help me with my situation...
