  Worked with him many years ago, completely unprofessional, constantly gaslighting me, and lets his personal views and bias affect actually helping the person who is paying him for help. Honestly so mad at myself for ever trusting him with anything. He was way too chummy with my ex in the custody case (shaking hands and smiling when they saw each other in court) wish I could have seen the signs but I was young and naive. He knew the lawyer that my wealthy ex and his family worked with, and said he had worked with her on cases before, so he disclosed at least that. I would tell him things my ex said "he is planning on trying to take full custody when she's in kindergarten" and he replied "no he didn't" and I say "yes he did" He continues to say "no he didn't" until I give up and drop it. He constantly dismissed legitimate concerns I had, that was not the only situation in which he acted that way. When my ex decided to enroll her in a preschool in his town, he didn't address my concerns about how far of a drive it was for me (almost an hour) and when I asked if we could try to find a school that is equal distance he basically told me to get over it and just do the drive. I was living in poverty and he basically shamed me for it, asking why I didn't just get a better job. Clearly a very privileged attitude. There was constant gaslighting of my concerns, insulting/ making me feel bad about myself/my financial situation, and putting me down through text messages. He shamed me for my job, and inability to finish college due to my learning disability. He was always rude to me and was obvious that he disliked me, but I was scared of my ex's family because they were rich and could pay for unlimited legal attacks against me when I was just trying to do my best. This guy is the reason I will never trust another lawyer again.

  Very dishonest lawyer, he is willing to lie if has to wins his case (not because if it is right or wrong but because he sees $$$ deposited to his bank account) , watch out for everything he says and double check all information that he feeds you or your lawyer (if you have one) before you trust him, otherwise you will lose your case 100% because he is willing to lie on behave of his client/clients... Also, be careful if you are a defendant and he represents a plaintiff because lawyer Liebmam has no problem to intimated the defendant, lie to defendant's lawyer and misrepresent the evidence. I would say only hire him if you are a plaintiff and you need an UNethical representation to win your case no matter what but be very careful if you go against him as a defendant as he is very " friendly "not only with everyone who work in middlesex county but also with many judges so you will automatically lose your case no matter if you are right or wrong...
