  Going through one of the scariest experiences in my life, I never knew how one person's knowledge, heart, compassion, expertise, and true soul put into the job could help the entire thing. Standing next to Emeka, is the safest I have felt in almost one year in my life. Emeka brings true heart to every case, you do not feel like just a number, or just "another case" when you're with him. He brings peace beyond anything I've ever seen; he hears you, he feels your emotions for the situation, he guides you, his eyes say it all when you're speaking to him. The difference with Emeka is he literally makes you feel the minute he gets on your case, like he is defending his own. His demeanor calms the heaviest situations, no case is ever too small, no feelings are ever shut down when expressed to him, it could be a full room and when you are speaking he is only focused on you. I can't explain enough how grateful I am for having this professional in my corner who is beyond passionate about what he does. Emeka goes way beyond his title, his heart is what makes him completely unforgettable in his field and second to none.   I hired Lomurro Law and was assigned Emeka Nkwuo. Unfortunately, his inability or desire to find the truth in that case lead to an unnecessary plea deal. Hes didnt seem to want to go the extra distance for me as his client. It appeared he was happy to plea the case and move on after several attempts to encourage him to secure video tape coverage of the incident. Also, mislead me as a client, to believe the "retainer" was to secure funds and if not all is used a refund would be permissible of the unused retainer. When I requested a refund of unused funds before going to court he at that moment advised, "the retainer is really a desposit" and if I wanted to seek council else where I was not going to get any funds back even though the case keep just getting rescheduled. Unfortunately, Lomurro Law is receiving a 1 star because they hired this attorney. If you seek counsel from Lomurro law just beware you aren't settled with Emeka. Several unsatisfied.

  Unless you are extremely severely injured, this place is likely not going to help you. I was in a head-on collision crash as a passenger. Other motorist at fault. I thankfully didn't have anything deemed a permanent injury, that I know of yet, because I am still suffering my injury over a year later. The communication from the lawyers I dealt with was poor. They were waiting until I potentially needed more medical intervention to try and get money. I will have to pay over $700 out of my own pocket for someone else injuring me, because this office did not even try to get that for me. The lawyer I was working with is no longer with the company, and I recently was called and told they are dropping my case and it's about to hit the statute of limitation on when you can try to get money. I at least wished to be reimbursed for what I have to pay, but I was told if they try to get money now they could be hit with some kind of charge. They waited until there was no time left, and prevented me from possibly receiving some kind of compensation. I don't recommend this firm.

  Debra at Lomurro is truly amazing. She made what I expected to be a complicated and overwhelming process feel easy, manageable, and completely stress-free. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, taking the time to walk me through every detail and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She has a way of explaining things so clearly and calmly that it really puts you at ease, which made such a difference during a process like this. I always felt supported and confident knowing I was in good hands. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
