  Don't go with this group. They will schedule you for a call just to get the insurance money out of you and then ignore all your emails and messages after that. Scammers and very unprofessional. Robin Barson and Kathryn Wilson are the personnel who ignored me after taking my money. Really, look for other options.

  Initial construction went well but after that all we were getting was ignored email, no timeline and after we've been trying to insist on any communication and answers -they dropped us , stating that we've been asking too much when in fact we were only trying to get our email replied and our concerns about time matters resolved.

  I reached out to Lovik & Juhl to get some advice on a matter earlier this year. I was promptly scheduled for an appointment with Robin B. My wife and I met with her and explained the matter over video chat. She was empathetic, and said she would do some research. She told us that she expected to get back to us within a week, over email. We were sent a contract from the paralegal, which we signed. We never heard from Robin again. We sent multiple emails asking for updates, and called her office as well. We were told she was in the office, and that they'd pass along the message. Over a month later with still no word from her, we terminated the contract. I have no idea why she ghosted us. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  I have only positive things to say about this practice. They were a huge help in figuring out a thorny issue and provided excellent guidance. Simran Kaur in particular was a big help and very prompt in her communications. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated the prompt responses, especially when dealing with legal issues with pressing deadlines! I would easily recommend them to anyone.

  Nick (Nicholas Juhl) successfully resolved an auto claim dispute we had with the insurance company and had the company reimburse us for the full cost of the auto repairs, which they had previously declined to cover. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and most importantly, very willing to assist us with the case. He explained the entire process to us beforehand and clearly outlined which costs were covered or not by our legal plan. He maintained open, transparent communication and frequently updated us on the case's progress.
