  I had an exceptional experience selling my house as contract for deed with Macon County Title. Specifically Alex and Bob were WONDERFUL to work with. I had a lawyer write up the contract which caused some issues, however Bob and Alex worked together to fix all of the mistakes, put both the buyer and myself (the seller) at ease, and had great professionalism, and were overall kind. While I won't be selling any other properties anytime soon, I couldn't suggest Macon County Title more!! They were wonderful, they listened, and they were transparent and helpful throughout the entire process, if you are having a contract for deed written up, Call Alex first!! He really saved me!!

  We highly recommend Andrew and his staff at Macon Co Title Co .It was easy to work with them on the recent transaction that we made . Andrew walked through all the paperwork and explained it thoroughly and made sure we understood everything that was to be signed . Staff is very friendly and welcoming . We will be doing business with them as needed in the future .
