  My new Subaru was stolen and an insurance company accepted liability but refused to pay, using the stall tactic for years. Maxwell Law Firm is the only Attorney in our area that handles cases of this type. With their work, by putting pressure on the Insurance Company, I was able to recovery my losses. Maxwell Law Firm did all this work and wouldn't allow me to pay them. I think they knew the truth of the matter. Without them I wasn't recovering anything.   We are NY State residents with a tricky estate problem in South Carolina. We attempted to engage another local law firm but they did not return our calls. So, we turned to Maxwell Law Firm.   I was in an accident in January of 2024. This lawfirm, all the associates, Mrs. Jeanne and Erika both helped me along the way. My case didn't start off good but by the end of it the results were great. They were friendly, attentive, and never once did I feel like I was ignored or left out to the wolves.
