  I bought a house in 2017. Did all paperwork with this company at this location. 3 days ago I reached out to get a copy of my deed via email and talked to one person on the phone that admitted she was new and couldn't figure out how to pull it up.I called the next day and same situation. I have my PIN number and access code (and obviously home address). I'm out of town so I couldn't go to the county and get a copy, so I had to hire a lawyer who has access to the county records to get a copy of my deed. Frustrating experience all around.

  We LOVE working with MBH Settlement Group! The McLean team is responsive and knowledgeable and always gets things done quickly and efficiently. We also love that they will perform the closing for us in remote locations to make it more convenient for our clients.
