  Gave him a retainer an my file was just left in a drawer an he would never call me back even after continuously calling but never got a response. So I took my retainer back hired a different lawyer.

  Absolutely the WORST choice I made for legal help on a custody case. He failed to present information and evidence, failed to request drug and alcohol evaluations, failed to inform me of a key court date and I had to hear about it from someone at the after school program my son goes to, failed to press for the court to make a decision after the mother and her boyfriend were drunk and got in a physical altercation in front of my son, allowed opposing lawyer to not show up for court dates w.o any objection and inevitably draw the process out for 7 months, absolutely lied about negotiations for the parenting plan I was forced to sign, lied about his connection to her family which is a conflict of interest and should not have taken the case to begin with and is now sending me bills that are 4x higher than we had agreed to. He's been reported to the Nebraska state Bar Association and I'm just waiting for their decision. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HACK OF A LAWYER
