  Thank you to John McManus for absolutely delivering such a service! John was great from the start! Basically everything he told me would happen through the process including milestones were spot on. I was very nervous at the front gate, but by the time we began going through the process I knew I had the right attorney and I am so Thankful for that! The process Could not have went any smoother and it takes a TOP NOTCH Attorney for that to happen!   Highly recommend McManus & Associates. They are empathetic, competent, and thorough. It was through their attention to detail and hard work on my case that they obtained an extremely fair CH13 plan for me. If you're forced to sail across rough seas in a fierce wind, you retain a seasoned captain, and you rely on their skill and expertise to get you through that. If you find yourself in a financial storm with challenges on every side, you call McManus & Associates. They will get you through the storm. Period.

  John McManus is AWESOME!!! He helped me out so much. The fee was reasonable and he is very swift. He is very informative and will answer any questions you have.   John McManus is awesome. I called wanting info on bankruptcy and found out he doesn't practice in my district but he still gave me all the information and then some on what to do and what to ask attorneys in my area to make sure I'm getting the right help from an attorney. I had other questions after talking to him and called him back knowing he couldn't represent me he still answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I wish I lived in his district he's honest and upfront with your options and considers the whole picture. 100% recommend him. Thank you for all your help.

  I cannot begin to describe how amazing this firm is. Mr. McManus was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a failed business and he guided me in such an amazing way. I was given some amazing information out of the kindness of his heart. He had nothing to gain by helping and yet he still offered some help. This is what Americans are called to do.
