  Barbara, is a great professional, she knows how the process works and is very cautious with everything. Immigration proccess can be very emotional.   Barbara is very professional, strong, and thoughtful. She pays attention to every details and she answers to your questions calmly and smartly. We can not thank her enough. She and her team saved our family. Here is our story: My wife applied for my green card in 2017. After having a non-smooth interview in April 2019, we "got notice of intend to deny" for i130 form. We were very disappointed and sad and we thought it is over. Fortunately, with the guidance of our friends and families, we made a very smart move and met with Barbara. From that point the game changed. She is very professional, thoughtful , and has a very strong personality. She and Adriana helped us on our case and they saved us. Although we were in another state for the summer, she worked with us and wrote a strong response to USCIS regarding our case in just 30 days. Yesterday, we got approval on i130 form:). We are so happy now and we owe it to her and her professional team. We highly recommend her and wish everyone happiness in this process.

We encountered communication delays, mistakes during our application review, and a lack of clear guidance throughout our Green Card process. After significant frustration, we sought assistance elsewhere and successfully completed our application with a different attorney. Based on our experience, we would not use her services again.

  Barbara is such an amazing lawyer! She has been my lawyer for six years and we never had any issues! She does't do it for the fees but she does it because she wants to do it ! She is such a sweet and kind person! I highly recommend her! Even though it was hard at first, her team was so kind and helpful!
