  Before I met with Haines, I consulted 1 other similar cost & 1 lower cost bankruptcy attorney. The low cost said that I wouldn't qualify. The other similar cost just didn't seem to have the knowledge and the answers that I needed - I never felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Finally, we were referred to Haines by a friend and he swore that this guy knew what he was doing. Boy was he right. I am soooo glad that I was referred to Haines. What a relief! Haines was very good in helping me understand the bankruptcy laws and how they applied to my particular situation. Haines took the time and thought through my particular situation and was very strategic throughout the process. It greatly benefited me to declare bankruptcy. I was able to keep my house and discharge the debt that I was drowning in. Best of all, Haines is very personable and made me feel comfortable telling him everything.... I thought for sure I would feel like a loser or feel embarrassed about my situation. He made me feel intelligent for seeking out my options and now I my financial situation has never been better. I felt completely confident in his abilities and knowledge the entire time. I thought that it would be a nerve racking experience to be in front of the bankruptcy trustee. However, with Haines by my side and with his preparation, I was totally confident and it was a piece of cake. If you are thinking about bankruptcy or drowning in debt, it's a free consultation. There are cheaper attorneys but you pay for what you get. If you are looking to maximize the outcome and look at every angle, go to Haines. You can trust him.

  This guy was a lifesaver! I was actually referred to Meyer Law by a friend who shall remain nameless. I got into some financial trouble thanks to my ex-wife. I asked my friend because he had filed for bankruptcy there and he had a lot of good things to say about this firm so I thought I would try them out. I met with Haines Meyer and he was a great guy. He didn't seem like a typical slick lawyer, and he really took his time with me to explain how everything worked. I never felt pressured, and every time I came in or called with a question everybody there was really friendly. Haines did all the work on my case, from the first time I came to the office to the trustee meeting at the end of my bankruptcy. He was there each step of the way. I highly recommend going here if you get into trouble like I did. Now all my debt is gone except for my house, which I only was able to keep because Meyer Law helped me out of a jam. Thanks Mr. Haines Meyer!

  Let me just start by saying filing Bankruptcy/after debts piling up, harassing calls, garnishments etc is scary. My husband and I finally knew we had to do something. I did a Google search and found Meyer Law and chose to call based on the great reviews. I'm very glad I did. During the initial call the Lawyer Mr. Meyer answered all my questions discussed cost and they even had a payment plan which we definitely needed. Everyone was amazing, Danielle and Megan answered all our questions( we had alot). It felt good to tell all the harrasing callers to stop calling and call the number given to us by the law firm if they had any questions. My garnishments stopped as soon as it was filed. There were times I got frustrated but everyone was always patient and went over everything with us. The day before our hearing/ which is done via zoom we receives a call going over everything thoroughly and answered and remaining questions. I'm so glad it's all finally over! I definitely recommend this Law Firm if you are seeking a Bankruptcy Lawyer. Thank you Everyone at Meyer Law!!!!

  Our experience with Haines Meyer Law was a very positive one. He was very helpful during all phases of our bankruptcy. He was knowledgeable about every facet of the various rules and steps within the process. His staff members were also helpful and courteous whenever we contacted his offices. He was extremely patient in answering all our questions and believe me we had a lot of them. Our case was an unusual one due to other family financial circumstances and he was of great support during the entire ordeal. He was extremely diligent and professional in guiding us through each needed process. I would highly recommend Meyer Law to anybody that is contemplating filing for any type of bankruptcy.
