Michael and his team are absolute STARS!!! We live in Boulder CO, so never made a physical visit to the Tennessee office. But the video chats showed us Michael as a competent yet warm and compassionate professional. We had started my wife's Green Card application by ourselves, and Michael and his team helped us avoid mistakes we would have made had we continued on our own. Our questions by email (or occasionally by phone call) were always answered clearly almost immediately. The result was a Green Card in a much shorter time than we had expected. THUMBS UP!!!!!!!

They thoroughly explained every step of the process, ensuring that we were well-informed and comfortable with each stage as stress-free as possible and always responded very promptly to emails and phone calls to answer my question. I could not be more appreciative of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication they provided for the case. I sincerely recommend the Smallbone and associates Law firm to anyone seeking immigration assistance.

I cannot recommend Michael Smallbone enough. He helped me with my mother's immigration case, which I had been waiting on for over 6 years without any clear answers. As soon as he guided me on exactly what to do, the process finally started moving and everything sped up. Not only that, but months later I contacted him again regarding my mom's green card, which had been pending for 4 months. Once again, he responded, advised me properly, and shortly after, we had success. He truly went above and beyond — more than he had to — and showed genuine care for my family's situation. If you truly care about your loved ones and want to give them a better life in the United States, I strongly recommend contacting Michael Smallbone. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly makes a difference. Thank you for everything you've done for our family.

Michael is knowledgeable, and very savvy. His team did a great job handling a visa application for us, and we are excited to get the visa approved. His team had great communication, and provided a high level of detail as we walked through the process. If you want to work with someone you can trust, and someone you can place a high level of confidence in..I highly recommend Michael and his team.
