  This isn't typically something I would write a review for especially since the news I received from this law firm was difficult, and through no fault of theirs. They were simply doing their jobs. That said, the level of professionalism and empathy I received from Stacy Goldstein was truly unmatched and absolutely deserves recognition. I was faced with a significant debt I wasn't even aware of, and when it surfaced, it felt like it hit me out of nowhere. From the very beginning, Stacy was there every step of the way. She clearly explained what was happening and took the time to make sure I fully understood the process. I spoke with Stacy multiple times throughout the case, and even when everything felt overwhelming and stressful, she helped keep me grounded and reassured me that I could get through it. She genuinely understood my situation and worked hard to ensure that the final agreement was something I could actually afford. While this was a very tough experience, I can't say enough good things about Stacy. She is kind, caring, understanding, and highly professional. Thank you, Stacy, for making sure I always knew what was going on, for answering all of my questions, and for being available whenever new ones came up.   I recently had the opportunity to work with Moody Jones, specifically with Yanique Johnson Esq., and I can honestly say the experience completely changed my perspective on what I expected from a collection agency and law firm. My family and I went through a very difficult financial period that unfortunately caused us to fall behind on a vehicle through Ford Motor Credit Company. We made the difficult decision to voluntarily surrender the vehicle, and from there it felt like everything snowballed into an overwhelming situation. Thankfully, we are now in a much stronger and more stable place financially, but during the process Yanique Johnson was incredibly professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely compassionate. She truly walked us through the process step by step and treated us with dignity and respect the entire time. Instead of making us feel pressured or judged, she took the time to listen, understand our circumstances, and help us find a realistic path toward resolving the account in a way that was manageable and not unnecessarily intrusive or damaging to our family. There is a huge misconception that all debt collectors are cold or uncaring, but our experience with Moody Jones and especially Yanique proved the opposite. She went above and beyond, and you could genuinely tell that she cared about helping people navigate difficult situations instead of simply treating them like another file number. We are beyond appreciative for her professionalism, kindness, patience, and understanding throughout this process. I truly cannot say enough good things about her as both a professional and a person.   Great experience under the circumstances. I unfortunately had to default on some auto loans that resulted in repossessions and the credit company decided to sue me for the balance after the cars were auctioned off. I went into this with a lot of stress on my shoulders but Michael Ingino and his team made it an easy process. They were kind understanding and respectful and worked out a payment plan that worked for me and my budget. I appreciate being treated in this manner and encourage anyone in a similar situation to be proactive and accountabl the folks here will work with you to get things settled.
