  Edit: I've edited this review to increase the rating from 2 to 4. Everything below is 100% true and accurate. However, after I posted it I feel that while this should never happen I'm not going to tank the Google review over one experience. Do better though. **** I feel a little bad leaving this review because everyone at the office was very nice but they totally failed to follow through for us and I think an honest negative review is warranted. Wife and I made an appointment to meet with William about a relatively simple will. We were primarily concerned with arrangements for our newborn if the worst were to happen. We spent about an hour in the office answering questions about plans and details. That process went really smoothly and was great. We were told we'd get a draft to review within a few weeks. Nothing came. Called the office to follow up after a couple months with no progress and they promised they'd get it done. Nothing ever arrived and we were never given an explanation. This was well over a year ago. It's a shame that we took our time to go in and work through a bunch of questions and details and then nothing. We weren't billed for the time, thankfully, but it speaks, at least in our case, to a lack of attention to detail, follow through, and care.
