  I am a handful & I am now after the car accident two hands full! But I couldn't have picked a better firm to help me in my very first & very stressful car accident! Jenna is my lawyer here & I must say she has some tough skin & keeps me in line all while she still hears me out even if I am asking or talking about the same thing! It's all new to me but I wanted to share that if they can handle my ways & my 10000 questions over & over & still be my lawyer I can only image how well my settlement will be with them!   Praise God for Lawyers who are still professional and honest! They did exactly what they said they would do! They treated me with dignity and respect and gave me a reason to trust them.   Michael really did a wonderful job at my mediation on 7/17. I noticed right away before my mediation, from meeting with Michael at his office, that he is very knowledgeable in his field. He's also pleasant with a warmth personality. My first offered was low and I declined, because of the pain and suffering I am encountering. So I decided to go a step further with my case, which ended up in mediation. Was I nervous? Yes indeed, but Michael being self-confident of his work, assured me of what will take place at mediation. Once I got there it was everything he had said. I was not in there to long as the negotiation was taking place. Michael was wonder and yes he showed off his knowledge and self-confident. He's has amazing skills in negotiating. Michael was wonderful and yes he negotiated a better settlement that I was comfortable with. I have always turned to James Morris firm for my personal injuries and I have always referred my friends and family to the firm.   I previously reached out to this law firm and set up a consultation by phone with Attorney Matt Fogg to discuss an ongoing case I had and some issues I was having with that case and the legal representation I was getting with another law firm at the time at the end of the conversation, he said he would follow up with me never did never returned my calls and also reached out to the current legal council. I had at the time giving them a heads up on our discussion that I was not happy, with the current law firm and lawyer representing me would not recommend this firm or lawyer to anyone.
