  I would like to warn everyone to never use this law office for anything! Not only was Ted horribly rude and insulting to both my husband and I, he attempted to sneak in $1,200 in legal fees onto us for an asset sale to one of his clients. I happened to notice it and we asked what it was for. He immediately was very combative and raised his voice many times. Sorry excuse for a lawyer! Sorry excuse for a human being!

  My husband and I have worked with Ted on multiple occasions and have always felt that he had our best interests in mind. The first time we worked with him we ran into a title complication on the house we were buying. Ted was amazing at helping us work through it. He was calm, clear, and thorough in making sure we understood the issue and that we were protected as we moved forward with our closing. We have reached out to him at other times for advice and have been impressed with his responsiveness. One of the things I have most appreciated is the fact that he explains things clearly and in language that we can understand-not just legalize language that you need a law degree to understand.
