Provided legal advice related to family law. Specifically, prenuptial agreements and how they work. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Called to ask about a consultation and he was very polite and wanted to help but could not based on my situation. Very pleased with the advice I was provided with.

Hired Mr. Mullican who came highly recommended to me. Hopefully the things get better in the case. So far no good.. Look for more reviews soon. This is an edited review

It's as though Mullican has Alzheimer's. He doesn't keep appointments and he is mean and disrespectful if you are needing assistance with an abusive guardian. I am surprised that he has become so vile a man. Good luck newcomers!

Hired him last year for an Expungement. I have zero complaints. He was direct and gave a clear walk through of the process. He did exactly what he was paid to do because I got it lol I am forever grateful for this man.

Mark Mulligan is a fantastic attorney and a good person in general. My divorce was very high conflict and he fought for me and my kids. I couldn't really afford him, but he worked with me as much as was possible.

Didn't do anything for me but run up the bill on nonsense. Didn't communicate when the retainer $ was gone, even though it was verbally said that I could not afford him. My dad was helping me and he unexpectedly passed away. He kept the bill going without my knowledge. Waited until it was $2000 before billing me. Obviously I was sued for the amount, but maybe that was the whole reason to keep it going? Get himself some money, his attorney, and interest. This is a forum for free opinions good or bad. Take it how you want. Just my story to help others out.
