My wife just received her green card after Amy helped us with the initial application for K1 fiance. All the paperwork was done correctly and at the original cost quoted. Thank you Ms. Novak!

H2B Visas.. mrs. Novak has been the most professional migration lawyer I've ever met. She has been very thorough and has helped us for many many years and our needs. I only have good words for her. Thank you.

Our experience with this lawyer was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from beginning to end. She was completely disorganized, had a bad attitude every time we asked questions, and clearly didn't care about our case. We were applying for humanitarian parole, and not once did she properly explain the process or inform us of important changes in the law that directly affected our application. Despite paying her, she abruptly closed our case without finishing the work she was hired to do. She made that decision entirely on her own, without any discussion or warning, and then refused to return the original documents we had provided—documents that were important and belonged to us.(540 pages worth of information). When we asked for them back, she went as far as to threaten us, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. She frequently used her personal email for communication, which only added to the confusion and lack of accountability. Her behavior was consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. We were never treated like clients—more like an inconvenience. Hiring her was a serious mistake. She was unprofessional, careless, and failed to deliver the services we paid her for. Worse, she tried to intimidate us when we rightfully asked for what was ours. I strongly urge others to avoid working with her.

DO NOT CHOSE HER AS YOUR IMMIGRATION LAWYER. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING. Our experience with her regarding a humanitarian parole case was extremely disappointing and ultimately detrimental. Despite our desperation, hiring her only worsened our situation. The "packet" she prepared was a disorganized, 500+ page email attachment, with over 30% of the pages illegible. When we politely requested a hard copy, she provided only 40 pages. Shortly after, she terminated our agreement with "I think it is best we part ways". When we asked for the remaining documents not so politely the next time, she threatened legal action for "harassment" simply for requesting a COMPLETE, READABLE copy of our files. In all of these emails she still decided to say "good luck with all the copies that you can't read". After all of these mean, treating emails she decided to provide the remaining pages. She failed to adequately prepare us for our consulate appointment and did not inform us that humanitarian parole had been discontinued in January 2025 KNOWING we had an appointment May 2025. This lack of preparation and information is just a small part of the issues we encountered. Save your money and seek a more competent and informed legal professional. I strongly advise against choosing this lawyer for immigration services.
