  Dale Smith has helped me greatly as part of Fresh Start with a bankruptcy which allowed me to rebuild my credit through my savings and loan. Then he helped me to achieve a very difficult international divorce in Asia during the pandemic with a government shutdown for most of the year there. Dale is a man of integrity, a man I trusted and always will. He went above and beyond without charging for many hours that he could have. He has helped my family immensely allowing me to remarry my children's mother soon in a dangerous country to bring her to America where the U.S. Embassy will expedite her visa due to danger there. Dale is a life saver and a man that I trust and respect greatly.

  Dale is very nice and easy to work with. Filing bankruptcy is something no one wants to have to do. It is not an easy decision. He really works with you so you don't feel alone or overwhelmed. During COVID, we did everything over email and phone. It worked nicely. Communication was consistent. He explained things to me when I struggled. His fees are favorable. Thanks again Dale!

  Filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy was a very tough decision. It was the only way I could keep my house after falling behind on payments and bills, after losing my job following a surgery.
