  Paramount handled my close of my home on May of 2025. Jessica calculated the closing costs incorrectly twice. She omitted my Ernest monies and omitted closing closets paid by the builder. These were two separate re-dos. Thank goodness I caught them as I would have lost over $17k based on her final closing costs statement. Additionally - I had to call the office about 6 times to fix these issues - at least half of the calls she's out- on vacation or had a personal issues and wasn't there. Very sloppy and unprofessional.

  We just closed on our house and could not have asked for a better closing experience! Paige was so helpful throughout the entire process! She answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel confident going into signing. She made sure we knew what each item we were signing was and that really eased our minds on such a large purchase! We would recommend Paige and Paramount Title to anyone and everyone buying or selling a house!

  We had an appointment and had to wait two hours before we could close. Closing cost was much more than what we were sent to review. Response: Look on October 31, 2025. Paramount Land Title of Knoxville is on all my paper work. Sara Tallant was the agent for Paramount Land Title.

  I was very disappointed with the service from this company. I made an error and reversed the routing and bank account numbers for the wire transfer of funds for the sale of my house. Naturally the bank kicked it back. After a week of not getting the funds, I called and they fixed it after I called them. Someone should have been contacting me as soon as the transfer was kicked back. I would not recommend this title company at all.

  They were decent enough, however the reason I'm leaving a review is due to a major data security concern. It's not professional to have client info unsecured when not present and more importantly - client checks accessible to any mailman or non-employee who walks in - both in the entry area and an adjacent open room. I was astounded to see this. If you care about your clients, get this in order and secure financial information.
