  Extremely efficient and willing to work tirelessly for their clients. I have been involved with Parker & Associates for almost 5 years relating to a very complicated bankruptcy case. There were many situations, that were not expected & resulted in several appearances before the court. Atty Parker was extraordinarily understanding & her persistence in working for the best interest of my company & my family members. I never had any problem contacting the office.   I chose to use Parker & Associates after I had a terrible experience with another attorney.   Nina Parker, Marques Lipton and their team were instrumental in helping me navigate the most difficult time of my life financially and emotionally. I met Nina Parker back in May 2017 after I got a referral to seek her legal counseling, as I was involved on a nasty fight with my bank over an SBA loan. After the Bank threatened to liquidate all my assets and close my operations, Nina Parker and her office got involved and filled for Chapter 11 protection for my company. The process was extremely painful, and she was instrumental in helping me get the company reorganized to move on. Her attention to detail, wealth of knowledge and compassion to my case are absolutely amazing traits. Unfortunately, after all that effort, I ended up filing for Chapter 9 for my business and chapter 7 personally in February 2020. It was critical to have Nina Parker and Marques Lipton on my team. They worked diligently every step of the way to make sure myself and my wife were able to close this very painful chapter in our lives, and move on to new opportunities. My wife was also involved in my business, and getting her detached, so she also could move on with her professional career was very difficult.
