Honesty is key, the did not want my case, but at least they were honest.

Absolute nightmare dealing with the law firm representing the Seresto class action. I submitted all documents and receipts for the maximum payout, yet received the minimum. My emails asking if more was needed were ignored—only automated responses. Completely unprofessional. Complaint filed with the state.

I had a major concern I felt was not addressed promptly. Once I was finally reached back out to I feel confident that it was a one time occurrence, and that it would be unfair to assume otherwise. Thus, I revised this from 1 to 4 stars.
