  I hired Peng & Weber for my immigration case. I asked them numerous questions and I found Cletus and Brenna to be very responsive every time. I found their advice very sound and they gave me good and unbiased advice about what to watch out for. They were transparent about any potential conflicts of interest. I thought they were being too cautious for a while - for example, they requested I include documents from over a decade ago as part of my application. I later found out someone using a different lawyer got delayed for months because they didn't include a document from a long time back they they assumed the USCIS would have anyways since they issued it. While they might cost more than some other lawyers, I think they earned it with their excellent service. I would use them again in the future when needed.

He was very thorough in his response and it helped me realize my situation wasn't as bad as I had originally thought.   They have been working with me for almost one decade on EB-5 immigration now. I finally got my 10 years permanent residency. I had a wonderful experience in working with them. The E-5 process is very long and it needs patience from every party. This lawyer firm is very responsible, responsive and considerable about your situation, questions and concerns.
