  I would like to share my experience with the Law Firm Phillips and Thomas LLC. I contacted Mr Thomas over a year ago with questions about avoiding a possible foreclosure. While George Thomas has been my main attorney at the firm, his law partner has spent many hours with me as well, sharing ideas and strategies and advice to help me along. Overall, I do not believe I have ever met two attorneys who know the law better or more thoroughly than these two attorneys. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help with a bankruptcy contact these two gentleman, as they are the two best at what they do!   I highly recommend the Phillips & Thomas, LLC law firm. My husband and I have dealt with George Thomas regarding two different legal matters and have been pleased with the outcome of both. George has a great understanding of the law and was able to communicate this knowledge in a way that was easily understood. George is very personable and easy to talk to. He is quick to respond when we contact him regarding a concern. He has always kept us informed on the status of our case. We felt blessed to have George Thomas as our attorney and felt we were in very competent hands.

  Not a day goes by that I do not thank God I called George to help me with my financial situation. My finances were a complete mess. Not only did I have massive credit card debt, I also had financial aid debt that was astronomical. He was able to help me take one step at a time to find a resolution that was completely stress free. I was able to declare bankruptcy for my credit card debt and negotiate a settlement with the department of education. It is very worthwhile to note... my student loans were above 300k and George was able to help me settle these loans for 10% of that amount!!! It has been 3 years since I declared bankruptcy and I now have a credit score in the upper 700s. The amount of time George put into my case was above and beyond. If you need somebody to help you with debt, he is the lawyer to call!
