  I had a complex immigration law question with a lot of different factors to consider. Before I contacted Chuck I didn't have a very good understanding of what to do in my unique situation, but he took the time to really listen to me and clear up anything I was uncertain about. Chuck was able to guide me through the process and explain the costs, the timeline, and my options so that I could make the best and most informed choice. Even though I don't live near his office, we were able to handle everything over the phone and by email, with any phone calls or emails usually responded to the same day. He's a really nice guy and a great attorney, and I highly recommend him to anyone trying to get a visa for a family member, whether you live near his office or not. If I had contacted any other immigration attorney about my situation, I guarantee that I would still have a lot of doubts about what to do, and wouldn't have been able to make the best choice for my situation that I did.

  Wade is the best (thank you for everything) Made you feel very comfortable and confidents in him. First time ever dealing with an Attorney. Looked on google and felt very good about Pittman and Pittman so I gave them an email. We chatted and He helped me with winning disability. I followed his instructions. He was very straight forward. He answered all my questions, on phone or email (Very fast). If you listen and do, everything goes very well. He is just Amazing at what he does. I would definitely 100% recommend him.

  I retained Wade as my attorney for my SSI case after being denied on my original SSI application and my 1st appeal. Wade took the time with me, very communicative every step of the way. After struggling with my case for 2 yrs Wade walked me thru the questions and the hearing which in turn I won my hearing. I cant recommend him and his firm enough for legal issues

  I found Pittman and Pittman through a google search when I was looking for an immigration attorney to answer some questions. I was inquiring about a future green card for my then fiancé. Chuck Berendes responded and walked me through the process. He was able to answer all of our questions at the time. My husband and I were married two months later and we kicked off the process of applying for the green card shortly afterwards. Chuck was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable through the whole process from submitting our documentation and application to our green card interview in Des Moines. Our application was submitted the beginning of April and our interview was the beginning of July. We just received word that our application has been approved. We couldn't have asked for a better or quicker outcome. We look forward to having Chuck and Pittman and Pittman help us with our future immigration needs.
