  I desperately needed a competent divorce attorney after firing the "phone book" attorney I started with. Attorney Jeffrey A. Rabinowitz of Ransmeier and Spellman, PC was recommended by friends and after one in person meeting with Jeff I was impressed with his direct, down to earth approach. Jeff's years of experience made the attorney fees well worth my investment. I received what I paid for and more. He is a skilled negotiator and got right to the point with the opposing attorney(s). (I was divorcing a lawyer). He listened to my ideas and needs, being very frank about what was feasible and what was not. He was instrumental in keeping the unnecessary and wasteful arguments to a minimum.

  Jeffrey Rabinowitz: I used him for a Guardianship issue. At first I was satisfied with his service. However, after billing me over 10 thousand dollars to prepare for trial he recommended I sign a settlement instead that would protect me and my Mother. The settlement was worse than worthless because I gave up my right to further litigation, and when I reached out to him for help he said sorry nothing I can do. He then got insulted when I asked him why he had recommended I sign it, and said he wouldn't represent me anymore. Very Bad experience. Costly and I was not well represented.
