  Hiring Donelle Ratheal was the worst mistake of my life. She estimated my entire case would be $10,000 - $15,000. She charged me over $40,000 and we never had a single court date yet. I had to start completely over with a new attorney.

  Complete scammer. Charged $10,000 just to begin to work on my probate case. Extremely rude and dishonest. I recommend going anywhere else or even taking the case without representation

  First of all I want to say that I highly recommend Donelle Ratheal as your lawyer. Donelle was highly recommended to me by friends and I am very thankful for their recommendations. Donelle comes to court fully prepared and ready to fight for you. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Donelle works to communicate well so you understand your case and the options. She is also very compassionate and treats you like family. She wants the best for you and your family. Donelle came into my case after a previous lawyer showed no interest in fighting for what was right for me and my son. I wanted a lawyer that was going to fight for me and not just show up in court unprepared. After my first visit with Donelle I knew she was the one. She took my case and went right to work with so little time since we were already in the middle of the case.   I enlisted the help of Donelle at Ratheal Family Law for assistance with modifications to my shared custody plan of care. Over the next year and a half, Donelle expertly guided my family and I through that complex but necessary process. Donelle has a varied background in law and guardian ad litem work which makes her thoroughly informed and ultimately prepared for both status conferencing, settlement, and trial.
