  I hired this firm several years ago. I never communicated with lawyers and could only communicate with a paralegal, Aya Noguchi. After a few years, my mother finally got approved for the green card and she travel to US but forgot some of the immigration forms and she couldn't immigrate. There was no explanation from this firm about what to expect for immigration. When I contacted the paralegal, she said your mother should've received an envelop. No apology at all. I hired this firm to explain step by step, the immigration process. If you hire this firm, don't expect to communicate with any of the lawyers. You can only communicate with a paralegal. They didn't even give us guidance on how to proceed after they made mistakes and ruined my mother's immigration. I'm hiring another immigration lawyer whom I can talk to him anytime. I still regret hiring this firm and messed up my mother's green card.
