  Richard Lipow was my attorney for bankruptcy in 2010. The bankruptcy included city taxes for the years 1992 through 1995. The bankruptcy went very smoothly and I was very impressed with Richard's skill, knowledge, extreme thoroughness and attention to detail. We were so grateful and relieved of the stress. Well, recently I received a letter informing me that I owed city taxes and penalties and interest accruing from 1992. I almost had a heart attack. I called Richard and to my amazement, he had all my records and he handled this crisis with such skill and knowledge. I couldn't be more grateful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We will be loosing one heck of an attorney when he fully retires.
