  When I got stabbed by a random crazy man in the neck, I was at the lowest point in my life. I was living in the war zone, 92 pounds, no family, and I didn't even have a cell phone. Needless to say, I had no idea a dozen others had been stabbed—and I did NOT know that it was the result of police negligence. Finding out the facts and seeing others that were wounded very badly made me feel so angry. How can we place our trust in the ones who are supposed to "protect and serve" with so much blatant disregard for the safety of the people—and such gross negligence? Carey Bhalla, Rachael Coronado, Alex Alvarado and the team (including two detectives I cannot remember the names of) fought tirelessly for us for nearly 4.5 years. These people actually changed my life, and it came at a time when I am sober and on a mission to better my life. Thank you, everyone at Rothstein Donatelli, for your late nights slaving over paperwork and files and probably overthinking and so much STRESS. You are great people.
