  I am very disappointed with Mr Heffner. He handled my filing and when the plan needed to be amended, he told me over the course of seven months that he would file the amendment and never did. He was paid for his services but has not delivered. I would not recommend this firm for financial matters. My next step is to inform the trustee and possibly the Maryland Bar. Attorneys are professionally trusted to act in the best interest of their clients. This firm as not.
