  These fraudsters are still holding my money from the LYFT settlement VS NYAG. The settlement was paid out on December 1st 2024, It's been 3 months now and i still have not received my money. They keep giving me a run around for my money when i call. Each time i called, they tell me it will take 4 weeks. That has been the case since December 2024. They have supervisors hanging up the phone on me when I press for my funds. I have been calling the NY attorney general's office too to let them know Rust Consulting is holding my funds. Also, in January they sent me a 1099 tax form for the funds which i have not yet received. This plain fraud at this point. My next step will just be to go to small claims court to handle this clowns.

  They are an absolute disgrace. I submitted my application for the Uber NYAG settlement in December 2024 and still haven't received my payment. It's been over three months, and every time I call, I get the same vague, useless response, they are trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. When I push for real answers, I get transferred, stalled, or flat-out hung up on. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and no actual support. At this point, it feels like they are intentionally stalling and holding onto people's money. This company should not be trusted with handling any settlements. They are shady, evasive, and treat people with complete disregard. Shameless fraudsters.

  Horrible customer service! They sent a settlement payment to the wrong address over 6 months ago and made me jump through hoops to try and get paid and now I can't even get in touch with anyone because their phone number won't let you talk to a human. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  They did not reach out and sent money to wrong Zelle. I received notification but I don't use the bank anymore. Only got an email alert.

  I've been asking about my SmartTalent settlement check for over 6 weeks and keep getting the same copy and paste response. No actual updates, no timeline, nothing useful. They keep sending me to a website that hasn't been updated since January 2025. It is now April 2026. This is a complete lack of transparency and communication. At this point, it feels like claimants are being ignored.
