  I am writing this to warn others about my experience at the receiving end of this firm - regarding the attempted purchase of a property in Lakeview East, Chicago. This agent demonstrated a complete lack of professional integrity by failing to disclose her client's financial distress, a critical piece of information she was responsible for knowing and sharing. Her actions resulted in a horrible experience that I would not wish on any other buyer, including being told on the morning of the agreed-upon closing date that her seller would not be selling the property due to bankruptcy, leaving me homeless and in search of a place to stay before July 1st, in 4 days - 2 of which being weekend days. It has since come to my attention that she has been disciplined in the past, yet her behavior clearly hasn't changed. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agent to look elsewhere. Do not let her put you through the same ordeal we had to endure.

  Ryan Law Group was recommended to me, been a very long time since I have sold a property, don't remember it being this smooth as far as the legal aspect of it.   Deanna Ryan and her team at Ryan Law Group, Ltd. were exceptional throughout the sale and purchase of our new home. They skillfully negotiated with both our buyer and seller and exceeded our expectations through to the process. They were extremely attentive to the details in both contracts.
